Hosting and delivery by Cloudflare

This website is delivered by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that is needed to deliver it: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user agent and referrer. Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the pages and to protect the website against attacks and misuse.

Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing addendum (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not keep or evaluate access logs of this website.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Union, including in the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, the data processing addendum contains the EU standard contractual clauses.

E-mail

If you write to us by e-mail, we use your e-mail address and your message to answer you. Legal basis: steps related to a contract or purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our e-mail hosting provider processes the messages on our behalf. We delete your messages when they are no longer needed to answer you, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep them.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to privacy@autosensa.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI Baden-Württemberg).
